Is ExamInfo free?
Yes. Try Questions, Free Tools, the syllabus, team games and news are free. Only result checker scratch cards and the JAMB 2027 questions are paid.
What exams do you cover?
JAMB, WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, IJMB and JUPEB.
Are the practice questions the real exam questions?
No. They are ExamInfo's own questions written for practice. We are not WAEC, NECO, NABTEB or JAMB.
How do I use Try Questions?
Open Try Questions, pick your exam, subject, year and number of questions (10, 20, 50 or 100), then answer before the timer ends. Stay on the page, because leaving restarts the test.
What is the PIN box on the home page?
Type your PIN, then press View Answers to open the past questions and answers for your exam. Past questions are posted after the exam has been written. Ask admin on WhatsApp for a PIN.
My PIN is not working. What do I do?
Check you typed it exactly, with no spaces. A PIN can have a device or time limit. If it still fails, send a screenshot to admin on WhatsApp.
How do I buy a result checker scratch card?
Tap Buy PIN in the menu, choose WAEC, NECO or NABTEB, type your name, phone and email, then pay. Your scratch card shows on the screen after payment is confirmed.
How can I pay?
Pay with Kora (automatic) or Pay by bank transfer. If Kora shows a message that it is not connected yet, use bank transfer.
How does bank transfer work?
Tap Pay by bank transfer, copy the account number and your signature, send the exact amount, then tap I have paid and send the payment message to admin on WhatsApp. Admin confirms and your scratch card or access is released.
I paid by transfer. How long will it take?
Check back in about 30 minutes. Do not pay again.
I paid already. How do I get my card?
Tap I have already paid, type your name (or phone) and your signature, and your scratch card shows once admin has confirmed.
What is the signature?
A short code like examinfo@adminsupport1-123456 shown on your transfer screen. Keep it. You need it to find your order.
I closed the page after paying. Did I lose my card?
No. Use I have already paid with your name and signature. Do not pay again.
The Kora payment says it failed. Why?
Kora is not fully connected yet, so it can refuse the request. Nothing is wrong with your phone. Use Pay by bank transfer.
How much is a scratch card?
The price shows on the Buy PIN page before you pay. Prices can change.
Is it safe to pay here?
Pay only on the ExamInfo site, to the account shown on your transfer screen. Never pay someone who sends you a different account on WhatsApp.
How do I unlock the JAMB 2027 questions?
Open the JAMB page, enter your reg number, fill your details, then pay to unlock the full questions. Access lasts 24 hours.
What is the JAMB reg number format?
The year, then 7 or 8 digits, then 2 letters. Example: 20278191931BC.
Which JAMB slip can I upload?
Your JAMB registration slip or reprint slip for the current year, as a PDF, photo or screenshot. It is optional and stays on your phone.
My face photo did not crop well. What now?
Tap Crop by hand, then tap the top-left and bottom-right corners of the face photo.
What are Free Tools?
Study streaks and badges, a weekly leaderboard, score and grade calculators, exam countdown with Question of the Day, a study timetable maker, syllabus flashcards and a JAMB subject combination finder.
How do I play 3v3 or 5v5 with friends?
Choose Host game, share the link on WhatsApp, and friends join Team A or Team B. You can also Play online or Play with robot.
Can I win cash?
The challenge winner can claim a cash reward under ExamInfo's rules. Shares must be real and screenshots must not repeat. Every claim is checked.
How do I get the syllabus?
Open the syllabus inside Try Questions. Read it on the page or download the PDF.
How do notifications work?
When the banner shows, tap OK and allow notifications to get the Question of the Day. On iPhone, add the site to your Home Screen first.
How do I search the website?
Use the search box on the home page. It finds exams, services, news, Try Questions, scratch cards and About.
What services do you offer?
Tap the yellow Our Services tab. It lists O'Level services, JAMB services, post-UTME forms, school payments, NIN, state of origin and birth certificate help, and advertising.

Does the back arrow work?
It shows on inner screens and takes you to Home. On Home it is hidden.
Is my personal information safe?
Your slip and details stay on your phone and are cleared when you exit. We never ask for your ATM PIN or password.
